The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time
Licensed Practical Nurse Float to work in a variety of assignments and locations around the Portland metro area as part of our float pool.
Candidates must willing to travel to NE Portland, SW Portland, Oregon City, Tualatin, and Gresham for work assignments. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Practical Nurse with excellent front and back office experience.
This is a regular, full-time position and NOT an on-call position - 40 hours per week are guaranteed. Responsibilities will include at various times:  Back Office – assisting providers and clinical staff in providing excellent patient care
to include: patient assessments, collecting and reporting of patient data, assisting providers with examinations, evaluations, diagnostic procedures and treatments; rooming patients, obtaining vitals, cleaning and stocking exam rooms, and phone triage. Front
Office - registration, scheduling, referral coordinating and medical records. Candidates must possess great customer service, communication, organizational, and computer skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work independently, motivated, and
a self-starter with great team focus. Pay range is $21 - $27 depending on experience. PLUS $1.50 differential on top of base pay.

Requirements



  • Current Oregon LPN License Required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical Clinic required
  • Minimum of 3 years in a LPN role preferred
  • Experience working in a specialty clinic setting strongly preferred
  • Excellent attitude and flexibility
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to commute throughout the Portland Metro area
  • Strong motivation and work ethic
  • Excellent prior work references
