About the role
As International Business Development Manager you’ll focus on managing our existing customer base of in-country European distributors and agencies, as well as developing new routes to market.
You’ll account manage, developing and educating your customer base of distributors and agents to increase distribution of organic herbal teas and supplements whilst ensuring Pukka’s values are enshrined. Working closely with each of your customers you’ll focus on matching the right promotions and activation to the customer base and work with our Marketing team to create region specific campaign collateral. You’ll process orders and be the key point of contact at Pukka Herbs to troubleshoot any challenges that arise with international orders.
The role that is mainly office based, with some travel to market around once a month.
We’re looking for someone who is driven, tenacious and clearly loves growing and developing in their sales career at pace. You’ll be someone who is interested in wellbeing and health and connects with Pukka’s mission of connect people, plants and plant and inspiring others to lead a more conscious life.
Sales account management experience is essential and ideally you’ll have some international sales experience too. Ideally you’ll have gained your experience in an FMCG or have worked in a similar industry such as health, beauty, food, or drink products. You’ll be able to demonstrate impeccable sales account management and communication skills and really enjoy working with existing customers. You’ll have experience and a passion for developing new routes to market and have some experience of direct sales with consumers.
