Team Purpose: To support sales and company initiatives by managing the flow of product from order entry to ultimate delivery in the most timely and strategic manner, while providing connections between internal and external partners to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and profitability.
Job Profile: Provide operational support and service for key wholesale accounts. Support Sales team with both operational and sales assistant functions, associated primarily with specialty store accounts. Assist the Sales Operations team with coverage and work overflow when needed. Will have an account structure to oversee and assist with departmental initiatives as needed.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Account Management, Order Maintenance, Service Accounts, Compliance Management, Shipping Management, Returns Management, Information Application, Market/In-Season Support and Product Knowledge.
Supports operational duties related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), including setting up accounts, entering and maintaining orders, research and processing of return authorizations, etc.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) responsibilities in support of 7 Online, internal projection process.
Become knowledgeable of Routing Standards and Compliance Requirements. Use this information to maintain accuracy in ERP and internal processes.
Provide professional and timely support to accounts.
Chargeback prevention and resolution.
Responsible for running daily departmental reports and taking action as needed.
Insure accounts shipping needs are being supported and aligned with department strategies.
Responsible for filling out various forms and maintaining department records.
Miscellaneous duties including filling, covering for other members of the team, department projects, supporting employee orders and RA’s, etc…
Participate in Sales Operations and Specialty Store meetings to discuss and strategize opportunities for profit and growth.
Market prep and showroom support for specialty store sales team and with key specialty store accounts.
In-season support of collateral for distribution to specialty store accounts.
Responsible for learning the seasonal line and acquiring a good understanding of product knowledge.
