To support this growth and our exciting 5-year plan, we are growing our team and are looking for a Brand Manager to join our Tea Marketing team.
About the role
Our Brand Marketing teams have one of the most exciting jobs in Pukka – they’re our global brand champions - and this role is pivotal in making our tea portfolio a success in the UK and internationally. Because we’re Pukka you’ll be expected to keep ahead of the competition. We’re seen as leaders in our field of herbal expertise and create ground-breaking marketing activity that retains our position as one of the smartest, most beautiful and yet authentic brands in the world.
We want more people to discover Pukka and have a stronger connection with Pukka tea and supplements. You’ll play a lead role in making this happen. Working with our Head of Tea Marketing you’ll build the strength of the Pukka brand internationally by developing inspiring and engaging international category and brand strategies. You’ll work closely with our key international drive markets and develop and execute marketing activity that delivers the Pukka brand plan brilliantly.
You’ll support the development of global innovation plans and work with our in-country teams and global communications and brand teams, to develop joined up, creative communications and activity plans which deliver our key messages in a Pukka way. You’ll generate and apply insights drawn from in-depth consumer, shopper, competitor and market understanding, to develop differentiated and engaging activity and product plans.

About you
You’ll inspire others through your enthusiasm, ambition, passion for Pukka, your drive and energetic approach and have a deep desire to make a difference by working for one of the most ethical, sustainable businesses in the world.
You’ll have a degree-level qualification gained in Marketing or a Business-related subject and substantial brand marketing experience gained in food, drink, health and wellbeing FMCG products. You’ll have experience of working with international markets and have a knowledge of international sales channels. It is beneficial if you have language experience across German, French, Italian or Spanish.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, enjoy new challenges and aim high with a determination to deliver excellence. Agile, efficient and highly organised you’ll be able to handle a multitude of projects, changing priorities and tasks, and be able to blend creativity and commercial acumen. You’ll have an investigative, inquiring and analytical mind, able to mine information and data to quickly draw insightful conclusions.
Solid experience of developing, managing and executing brand plans and launching new products using integrated campaigns (digital, experiential, social and PR) is needed. You’ll have experience of managing budgets and product management, where you have managed portfolios and innovation.
