As the Sales Manager in Toronto, you will be a change leader with strong coaching skills and the ability to align the team toward a common goal. 

You will develop, review and report on business development strategies to ensure the strategic objectives are well communicated, understood and executed, leading to monthly sales targets being exceeded.

You will develop and maintain key relationships to facilitate optimal development and exposure across multiple channels. You will also be responsible for the sales of company products / services within a defined region and for developing, training and servicing our vendor, supplier, franchise and broker network with the sales staff in the assigned geography.



  • Strategic business acumen developed in 5+ years proven sales management experience.

  • 5+ years’ experience within a highly competitive sales environment

  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Strong management, leadership and coaching skills

  • Self-motivated and love to work with a fun dynamic team.
