Job Description

About the Role and what you can expect

The Digital Marketing Manager roles will be responsible for driving the digital interaction with two verticals each. This will encompass overall ownership of your verticals’ websites, social media presence and other digital assets. You’ll partner with your vertical marketing teams to understand their objectives, create a digital strategy to meet these, and then roll up your sleeves and get it done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an effective and engaging performance marketing strategy for each of your verticals

  • Ensure integrated, optimized and leveraged campaigns through creative and media strategy

  • Campaign planning & execution

  • Partner with the Vertical Marketing Executives to maximize media budget and performance results

  • Partner with digital agency to develop compelling and high-performing campaigns

  • Monitor performance marketing results and identify areas of growth and improvement and make changes to optimize performance during campaigns

  • A/B test new opps and drive for results for your verticals

  • Own the social media overall impact for your verticals.

  • Coordinate with ME’s to optimize organic and paid posts and outcomes

  • Review social media performance, and share key learnings to drive future improvements

  • Coordinate and share content with CRM team, for consistent student experiences and outcomes.

  • Monitor campaign conversion rates across all Torrens and college websites, including ranking performance on KPIs

  • Identify driving forces behind high converting campaigns and share best practices across team

  • Partner with agencies and suppliers, to stay up to date with social media technologies and trends

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-8 years’ social and digital marketing experience

  • Degree qualified

  • Excellent copywriting and digital marketing skills

  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to be self-managed and work independently
