Position Title: Sales Manager
The Sales Manager provides leadership, direction, guidance and support to the Account Executives at Dogeared. Responsibilities include; overseeing, motivating, and encouraging Account Executives to achieve sales goals that ensure partners and customers satisfaction. The Sales Manager must have proven prospecting and closing skills who is passionate about helping customers and growing a team.
The Manager must be driven to achieve sales goals set by Executive Leadership. Their goal is to develop a business partnership with each customer through a process that supports mutually profitable growth while promoting the concept of Dogeared becoming a primary supplier in each account. Must be passionate to exceed goals by maintaining a positive attitude and being driven to be the best. This position requires a true competitive outside sales person, someone with a proven track record laced with documented achievements that understands the power of collaboration.
