Organizes and prepares all outgoing bulk mail campaigns and provides office support for the Continuing Professional Education.


  • Assembles and sorts mail; prepares bulk mailings by sorting mail lists, stocks mailing supplies and coordinates address printing, postage and delivery to the post office and single-piece mailings for shipment, including but not limited to: bundling, banding, and traying.

  • Prepares packages for shipment; weighs packages; generates meter tapes for packages, seals envelopes and affixes postage; and prepares proper documentation and paperwork for postage calculation.

  • Delivers bulk mailings to post office and picks up supplies as needed.

  • Prepares monthly postcard mailing, fulfills event shipment requests, prepares weekly e-mail campaigns and completes address updates.

  • Assists with the inventory and daily operations of the campus Gear Store.

  • Serves as back up to Mailroom Coordinator as needed, including daily mail processing and daily UPS shipments.

  2. Ability to work with minimal supervision on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

  3. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

  4. Prior office experience minimum 1 year.

  5. Team focused; willing to help others.

  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  7. Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

  8. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and safe/efficient driving skills.

  9. Current automobile insurance.

  10. Is expected to have reliable transportation to deliver mailings to post office.


  • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time

  • Must be able to use/read computer keyboard and screen, postage machines
