SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: (narrative)
Performs specialized service, warranty, and repair work on customer product.
Daily Communication with both our external and internal customers.
On-time and maintain reasonable personal appearance.
Maintain scheduled time frame on Daily Trip Log.
Communicate with multiple vendors to determine part numbers needed.
Communicate estimated time frame for repairs to Service Admin.
Provide part numbers for service parts needed to complete the repairs.
Provide List Price to Service Admin on non-warranty parts.
Provide photos of damaged product to assist in obtaining correct parts.
Complete all his assigned tasks for the day and communicate to Service Manager if unable to do so.
Maintain the appearance/cleanliness of company vehicles.
Support and demonstrate company mission, vision, and values.
