AllCare Health is seeking a Data Analyst who thrives in a team environment and has the ability to provide exceptional service and skills.


AllCare Health is a physician led, community based, integrated health organization located in southern Oregon. We provide technical and administrative support to local healthcare providers and administer insurance coverage for the more than 50,000 members enrolled in various AllCare Health Medicaid and Medicare plans. As a Certified B Corporation, we are dedicated to giving back to the community and actively pursue and invest in the social determinants of health including programs that support transitional and low-income housing, childhood nutrition, early childhood education, and improving access to healthcare.

The Data Analyst is responsible for providing clinical data reports and analysis to identify opportunities and improve practices for AllCare Health clinical staff. This position supports the design, development, implementation, and coordination of complex data compilation and analyses that promote and support population health management initiatives, the goals of which are to improving the health of the population and lower costs of care.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
 Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
 Intermediate proficiency in COGNOS Report Studio
 Three years of experience in the healthcare industry
 Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to organize, manage, control work flow and meet deadlines.
 Ability to extract data from Crystal Reports and
 SQL understanding
 Ability to demonstrate analytical abilities with attention to details.
 Ability to take direction
 Ability to work independently and as a member or a team.

Essential Duties:
 Create and maintain detailed reporting for the AllCare Health Population Health staff (Utilization Management, Care Coordination, Medical Director and Pharmacy departments) to identify cost drivers and negative trends within medical and/or pharmacy data
 Articulate understandable explanations of complex clinical data or trends to all staff
 Design utilization management, case and disease management dashboards/models and reports to support AllCare Health clinical staff
 Integrate data from multiple reports to evaluate population health and triage high risk patients for disease management and case coordination
 Work closely with IT and Business Analytic departments to coordinate reporting
 Other duties as requested by clinical or care coordination supervising staff
