We’re looking for a sales service team member to join our growing company. 

Sales Service Team Member

Your goal in this position is to support our sales reps and our clients on the phone, email and online chat. You’ll support our sales reps by anticipating and responding to their questions about stock, timing on deliveries and substitutes. You’ll support our clients by answering any questions they have about our fabrics or the status of their order. 

You’ll succeed at this by understanding our products and the textile industry. You’ll learn by asking insightful questions. Building this knowledge will help you exceed our customer’s expectations and provide excellent support. 

Successful sales service team members have a clear career path for growth. They can become project managers, take on bigger clients and eventually grow into full sales reps, operational positions or other divisions. At Carnegie, initiative is rewarded with opportunity.

On top of these characteristics, it would help to have a few years experience in a customer facing role. It would be an extra bonus if you already knew how to use Salesforce and have already worked in the industry. 

The Details 

You’ll work Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:30 from our office in Rockville Centre. This position pays $40,000 to $55,000 depending on experience. In addition to your salary, we offer a great benefits package including medical, dental, optical and 401K. After your first year, we also offer $500 annually for you to enroll in any class you like.
