We’re looking for a dynamic data lover to join our team and support our consumer insights efforts. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Manager of Consumer Insights to conduct qualitative and quantitative research that helps us better understand the past, present, and future behaviors of Warby Parker consumers. By gleaning compelling insights from these data, you’ll help teams across the company make decisions about the future of the Warby Parker experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Support quantitative and qualitative research efforts that answer key questions about our current and future customer—and translate these insights into action, helping develop strategic recommendations for Warby Parker’s largest business inquiries

  • Track Warby Parker’s Net Promoter Score and other key customer metrics, sharing trends and insights with our leadership and customer-facing teams

  • Manage a quarterly brand tracker and awareness study to provide insight into Warby Parker’s brand health and growth progress

  • Measure the success of new customer-facing initiatives, using survey results and qualitative feedback to understand the effectiveness of these efforts

  • Represent the voice of the customer, blending data-driven insights with qualitative sources to promote a customer-centric culture

Who you are:

  • Equipped with 1–3 years of experience in a highly analytical role (management consulting, investment banking, market research, and/or consumer insights experience is preferred)

  • The owner of a bachelor’s degree (preferably in economics, marketing, psychology, or a similar field)

  • An expert in Excel and Powerpoint (bonus points for experience with R, SQL, and other analytical tools!)

  • A clear, empathetic communicator (both in person and in writing) with experience gathering and sharing insights from data

  • An optimistic, high-energy problem solver

  • Collaborative and excited to work with many different teams

  • Intellectually curious and eager to learn

  • Proactive and comfortable working with uncertainty

Extra credit:

  • Experience using surveys and/or other consumer research methods to inform business decisions

  • Passionate about understanding consumer behavior
