Description

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: (narrative)
Support the sales team in attaining the sales goals and objectives. Collaborate with account managers and clients to determine business requirements. The sales coordinator is instrumental in assuming focused and productive communication with new and existing clients, vendors and representatives. This role is responsible for different kinds of administrative functions essential for sales of the company offerings.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening up fresh customers.
Supporting the sales team in attaining sales goals and objectives.
Communicating with sales team for status of opportunities and position of sales effort.
Preparing new customers in the business system, proposals, furniture plans, terms & condition agreements, sales reports, and presentations.
Updating the status of the sales order in forecast.
Collaborating with the sales team to analyze and evaluate the customer’s needs with the company’s product and services solutions for the best proposal.
Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.
Maintaining an efficient work environment.
Promoting the showroom utilizing the company “First Impression” policy to fresh and existing customers through a proactive approach.
Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings and communications
Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the general or sales manager.
Attending network and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with potential clients and professional affiliations.

 
 GENERAL FUNCTIONS:

Support and model Goodmans’ vision, mission and values, objectives and strategies.
Proficient in all Goodmans’ procedures and policies as well as all software application tools.
