Program Details:

The Honest Internship Program takes place at our headquarters in Playa Vista, CA. The program will run for 9 weeks from June 11th to August 10th, and is a paid, full-time internship. Interns must be available for the full duration of the program.

Internship Description:

As the Digital Design Intern, you’ll support digital and web design needs across all areas of our product portfolio. You’ll also assist our Marketing and Digital teams by creating assets that are beautiful, functional, and true to our brand.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and assist in the creation and revisions of presentations, infographics, vector illustrations, participant guides, handouts, job-aids, posters, fliers, communications, mood boards, and more

  • Assist with resizing images, updating websites, and designing and/or coding research

  • Work with the Design team to manage projects and see them through from concept to completion

  • Ensure that The Honest Company standards of design quality and creativity are reflected consistently in all materials

What you’ll need:

  • Must be currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, an undergraduate program focused on visual arts, graphic arts, or a similar area of study

  • Working knowledge of composition and layout, color, typeface selection, and other design fundamentals

  • Understanding of digital design, marketing, and e-commerce

  • Knowledge of front-end development and design aptitude

  • Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in UX/UI

  • Experience working with beauty and/or CPG brands
