Program Details:

The Honest Internship Program takes place at our headquarters in Playa Vista, CA. The program will run for 9 weeks from June 11th to August 10th, and is a paid, full-time internship. Interns must be available for the full duration of the program.

Internship Description:

As the Digital Marketing Intern, your work will directly impact The Honest Company’s continued growth across various paid channels. You will be part of Honest’s Paid Media team, which supports online customer acquisition for both Honest Classic and Honest Beauty brands. Both brands’ media mix is comprised of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and various ad networks.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze KPIs and provide strategic insights in order to optimize marketing efforts across various acquisition channels

  • Measure campaign effectiveness and return on advertising spend

  • Measure ROI and effectiveness of Gift With Purchase programs

  • Create and continuously enhance reporting to provide a dynamic view of the business

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop clear and measurable business goals and define KPIs

  • Summarize findings and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders

What you’ll need:

  • Must be currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, an undergraduate degree program specializing in marketing, statistics, economics, finance, or other relevant field

  • Proficiency with Excel

  • Experience with site analytics tools such as Google Analytics

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with SQL
