Program Details:

The Honest Internship Program takes place at our headquarters in Playa Vista, CA. The program will run for 9 weeks from June 11th to August 10th, and is a paid, full-time internship. Interns must be available for the full duration of the program.

Internship Description:

As the Human Resources Intern, you’ll directly assist the People team with a range of projects related to HR organizational design, talent management, talent acquisition, and retention. In this position, you’ll gain a better understanding of the role that Human Resources plays in a growing company that's on a mission to better the world.

What you’ll do:

  • Assess and analyze HR metrics relating to talent management and create a talent dashboard for HR Business Partners to use in advising the business

  • Support HR leadership on the succession planning process to identify top talent in the organization

  • Synthesize survey results from exit interviews to identify common themes and come up with recommendations to address turnover

  • Dig up and make sense of employee data analytics to help the business make more informed decision

  • Review employee self evaluations to identify inherent competencies found in the company

  • Learn the importance of employment law and compliance, including employment eligibility, confidentiality, proper maintenance of employee files, and forms management

  • Support the Recruitment team with interview coordination and new hire onboarding

What you’ll need:

  • Must be currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, an undergraduate degree program

  • Interest and aptitude to work in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition

  • Prior experience with data management or administrative support

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
