Program Details:

The Honest Internship Program takes place at our headquarters in Playa Vista, CA. The program will run for 9 weeks from June 11th to August 10th, and is a paid, full-time internship. Interns must be available for the full duration of the program.

Internship Description:

As the Retail Sales Intern, you’ll assist with the development, planning, execution, and communication of our product strategies and assortment for our Baby category. You’ll work closely with internal and external cross-functional partners to help deliver on company goals and objectives. You’ll also assist with driving sales and brand equity by delivering best-in-class category insights and strategy across our retail partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Support sales planning efforts and partner with key stakeholders on product strategy development for our Baby category

  • Conduct analysis, research, planning, and forecasting to make recommendations on how to grow revenue and maximize sales opportunities in Baby for our major accounts

  • Mining of existing panel and shopper loyalty databases, along with ad hoc customer research

  • Partner with Brand Insights to understand the differences and synergies between the digital vs. retail shopper

  • Support the growth and development  of our arsenal of insights which include dashboards, topline reports, fact-based selling stories, best practice case studies, and ad hoc analysis that enhance and guide effective decision making with our retailers

What you’ll need:

  • Must be currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, an undergraduate program

  • Interest in account management, sales planning, and customer marketing

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Understanding of the retail environment
