Who You Are...
The Hootsuite APAC Marketing team is seeking a passionate, organised and driven Marketing Specialist. Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented outlook are key characteristics for success in this role. The successful candidate will assist with APAC-wide campaign planning, execution, co-ordination, and content creation.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Asia, the successful candidate will manage multiple program elements, in order to drive leads, support business goals & deliver against Hootsuite’s growth objectives.
Support marketing efforts to generate enterprise leads through project management and coordination of vertical and solutions based campaigns
Event planning, coordination, and execution. Managing logistics, driving registrations through email and 3rd party databases. Identify and manage 3rd party agencies
Work closely with the demand generation and sales teams to manage lead uploads and adhere to SLAs for optimal turnaround and follow up processes
Webinar management and recording, conducting live engagement during webinars with attendees, webinar content development
Manage email campaigns with demand generation team. Attention to timeline and send dates and providing necessary information to stakeholders for email builds
Budget tracking and vendor management
Track regional budget and work with finance and vendors to track invoices
Identify and work with regional vendors to design and produce merchandise
Social and community
Social media engagement, content strategy and management of regional social channels
Manage regional community advocacy program and work with ambassadors to build Hootsuite's presence in region
Reporting and analysis
Conduct campaign reporting and analysis via Salesforce, Google Analytics and Tableau, track event performance, spends and ROI
Degree in Marketing, communications, other related field or experience to match.
3 to 5 years of experience working in a marketing role, either at an agency or in a corporate setting
Experience working with a B2B technology and/or SaaS company
Experience using Tableau, Salesforce, Marketo, Google analytics
Strong project management skills with the ability to and multi-task across multiple projects
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, remote teams, and build solid working relationships
Experience writing email copy and creating content like blog posts, whitepapers and guides
Event management experience
Understanding and passion for social media
Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
