The purpose of this position is to provide administrative staffing assistance to the Talent Acquisition Team. Individual will support the talent acquisition function in the identification, pre-screening, coordination, maintenance and distribution of qualified candidates.

Qualified candidate will be responsible for general administrative duties related to staffing support. These duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support throughout the full life-cycle of the recruiting process including creating job requisitions, interview scheduling, and employment references

  • Support candidates through the offer and on boarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience

  • Ensure backgrounds and verifications are documented appropriately in the applicant tracking system following the established process

  • Assist with administrative issues pertaining to the on-boarding of new employees

  • Review invoices and other financial transactions for accuracy and budget compliance as related to staffing (job postings, job fairs, and marketing materials).

  • Assist in the logistics of job fairs and open house events, both locally and nationally.

  • May serve as a referral candidate administrator & facilitator

  • Identify and make recommendations for process improvements


  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

  • 3+ years of related, professional experience in an office environment

  • Must possess strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Candidate must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced, goal-oriented, team environment

  • Recruitment / Staffing experience highly preferred

  • Familiarity with database searching and retrieval methods, Applicant Tracking Systems and Internet searching methods preferred
