You are a cross-functional guru. You are passionate and experienced in Program Management with strong leadership skills to drive the marketing strategy and execution. You thrive in a cross-functional environment that allows you to launch new digital products and bring ideas to life. You develop creative program management strategies, manage the campaign process across different stakeholder groups in the organization and continually work to improve the customer experience. Versatility and creativity will be necessary as you find innovative ways to embed new strategies go-to-market launches and promotion of new solutions. You have excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, presentation and project management skills.
Orchestrates the delivery of marketing campaigns and go-to-market programs through the confidence and partnership built with stakeholders across the business.
Manage the day-to-day activities of projects and campaigns; communicate with stakeholder teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables meet quality expectationsProvide leadership and hands on project management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects (on time, in scope and on budget)
Works closely with the Resource Manager to ensure programs are resourced across the Brand team to ensure deliverables are completed on-time
Ability to manage the creative production process and provide point-of-view from a business and marketing stance to creative team
Develop detailed project status reports for all stakeholders, clients, team members, and management
Demonstrate excellent planning and decision-making skills around scope, timelines, and resources
Bring an unrivaled passion for delivery, a positive attitude, and a desire to exceed expectations in every interaction
Takes part in quarterly marketing prioritization planning to ensure projects & programs are resourced efficiently

Driving world-class program management by effectively managing stakeholder groups such as sales, marketing, product, customer success and evangelists to achieve business goals
Managing and driving cross functional teams to specific deadlines and milestones
Delivering comprehensive communication and visibility to all stakeholders and business groups by meeting with key stakeholders on as needed (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) basis
Establishing efficient workflows and continuously improve processes related to the planning and delivery of projects
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
Experience in technology or internet technology, digital marketing, product management, strategy consulting
You have worked in an agency environment managing creative production
Ability to contribute at both strategic and operational level
You are great at juggling multiple priorities with tight deadlines while still delivering high quality work
Detail oriented, process and data driven
Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
Identify and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts within projects
