Walden is searching for a passionate marketing analyst interested in learning, growing, and having fun with us. The applicant will be responsible for day-to-day marketing analysis and execution across physical and digital channels as well as working collaboratively with cross-functional teams on larger projects. The applicant will work out of our Billerica, MA office.



  • Collect, manage and report on data related to physical and digital marketing performance

  • Creative content development, coordination and management

  • Assist in brainstorming and rolling out strategy related to marketing initiatives

  • Assist other members of the team in day-to-day tasks



  • Detail-oriented and ability to multitask

  • Willingness to get hands dirty and jump in to do whatever needs to get done

  • Analytical and creative thinker

  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal



  • BS degree or equivalent work experience

  • 0-2 years professional experience

  • Comfortable working with numbers, proficiency in Excel

  • Willingness to step outside of core roll and do what’s required to deliver on the Company’s mission



  • Experience with quantitative analysis

  • Experience in digital marketing – across FB, GOOG, etc

  • Passion for our mission and sustainable agriculture/food
