Sales Representative

Upstreet Craft Brewery, C1A 2V6

You’re an experienced sales representative eager to find meaningful work. You’re looking for an organization that will train and hone your skills to their benefit – and yours.

If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, this is the role for you.

We’re Upstreet Craft Brewery, in business for almost three years and a leader in the community of Charlottetown. We’re PEI’s first B-Corp; we`re part of a global movement of leaders that find innovative ways to use business as a force for good. We meet the highest standards of excellence through community involvement, constant growth within our team, and of course our beer!

Now we’re looking for a Sales Representative to be a part of our success story, and sell our new product Craft Soda, across Atlantic Canada using their strategic mindset and an innovative approach.

Sales Representative

Your primary goal is to find prospective customers for our new product, discover their needs, and build fruitful relationships within our community.

You’ll be cold calling existing and potential clients, to promote and sell our new craft soda for placement in stores all over Atlantic Canada. You’re personable, friendly, and resilient – our clients will enjoy talking to you, and you don’t get fazed by rejection.

You’ll work heavily with our community, frequently engaging with our customers and clients. You’ll develop branding strategies and work with marketing to engage the customers online.

Lastly, you’ll work with our account systems and warehouse staff to ensure the product is being delivered to customers on time.

You’ll succeed in this role if you are:

  • Personable –your customers love you, and you’re a great team player. You’re bright, energetic, and positive, and you make personal connections with ease.

  • Resourceful – whether you’re spending time shadowing our marketing team, learning the business, or researching potential clients and leads, you’re not afraid to put in the work to succeed.

  • Driven – you have a desire for success, and do what it takes to help the company reach its goals. You never sit around just waiting for the phone to ring – you actively look for ways to pitch in and apply your skills in a meaningful way.

Working at Upstreet

We understand that sales jobs can be daunting, particularly for those in the beginning of their careers. We make every effort to set our sales representatives up for success, providing them with all the training, tools and support they need. After all, your success is ours.

We love to have fun together as team and participate in events like block parties, community events, summer parties, and more. We’re growing quickly, and we’re looking for people who want to join the ride and grow with us. You’ll have the opportunity to take on new challenges, and grow your role as we grow.

We like to call this place home, and we hope you will too.
