GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Global Quality and Controls PMO Senior Analyst is responsible for structuring and reporting on the management process regarding strategic initiatives of the SSC organization. The scope includes strategic initiatives defined by the SSC Senior Management and mitigation efforts to ensure quality and controls in all service centers globally. The role is responsible for the coordination with the service management function at each SSC, maintaining a standardized, structured and transparent project management process, fostering collaboration and proactive communication, as well as instilling process and reporting discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate and propose improvements to quality and controls

  • Develop and implement structured project management process supported by a set of standard reports, governance instances, and processes

  • Manage relevant transformational initiatives:

  • Planning and monitoring methodology and standards

  • Implementation of project governance process

  • Communication standards in line with corporate and operational requirements

  • Coordinate efforts in local SSCs and client institutions to mitigate material and/or significant control deficiencies within the defined SSC scope

  • Develop and implement a set of reports and KPIs to measure compliance with critical policies, procedures, and other regulatory requirements


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • At least Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred; in business, finance, accounting, or engineering.

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience:

  • Experienced in process management (lean, kaizen, etc.)

  • Experienced in financial processes (purchasing, accounting, controlling, audit, etc.)

  • Proficient with standardization and automation in short business cycles (e.g. retail, consumer goods, media, banks, etc.)

  • Demonstrated problem solving, analysis, and execution experience

  • Experience in matrix organization preferred

  • Fluency in English required; preferred fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese as well

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • PMI certification preferred

  • Six Sigma green / black belt preferred
