Bookkeeper, Flow Office Wisdom
Flow Office Wisdom is a Guelph-based start-up providing virtual administrative services to small business clients in a range of industries. Our services include bookkeeping and finance, event planning, executive assistance, talent acquisition and management, social media and communications, and websites and design. Our purpose is to empower leaders by supporting their vision through mobilizing their plans and getting the tasks done.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial strategic thinker to join our team and help our clients achieve their goals. Specifically, we are looking for a Bookkeeper with the following skills and experience:
• Providing on-going bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Creating and refining clients' business processes
• Completion of Quickbooks Online Advanced certification will be required prior to taking on client work
• An understanding of investments, and experience in not-for-profit and small business bookkeeping are considered strong assets
• Reading and interpreting financial statements, and communicating options for adjustments when necessary
Flow team members are matched to clients based on their unique mix of skills, experience and interests. In addition to delivering excellent service, Flow team members are expected to get to know their clients’ overall business strategies, collaborate with other team members, and manage tasks and deadlines. Team members are continually learning and implementing new tools and technologies to help clients solve their day-to-day business challenges. Success at Flow Office Wisdom will require a willingness to get creative, problem solve, and make things happen.

These positions will begin as casual/part-time, and will move to full-time. Only those who have a well-equipped home-based office need apply.
