The Role

The Sr. Quality Associate of Product Quality will maintain effective quality processes, systems, and Good Manufacturing Practice compliance. The role is responsible for aspects of the day to day product quality activities of the quality systems at the company. This includes non-conformance investigations and CAPA management, stability management, performing supplier audits, and supporting the annual product review process.

What you’ll do:

  • Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs

  • Manage company’s product stability program for commercial and development products

  • Support supplier related aspects of Annual Product Review (APR) process

  • Manage day to day vendor/supplier communication and work with vendors/suppliers to assure product quality and GMP requirements are met

  • Manage the implementation and authorization of deviations, non-conformance investigations and corrective and preventative    actions related to quality issues

  • Perform and support supplier audits

  • Supports Fulfillment Center Quality as needed

What you’ll need:

  •   Bachelor’s degree

  •   3+ years of experience in a cGMP related environment

  •   External manufacturing audit experience preferred

  •   Strong ability to influence and give directions

  •   Willingness to learn new tasks and procedures
