Job Description

About the Role and what you can expect


In this energetic and engaging role based on campus, you will bring the campus to life, providing high-quality face-to-face customer concierge services and a happy and helpful service for the campus community.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Providing outstanding customer service to staff, students, prospective students and the broader campus community via a "one-stop-shop" campus hub

  • Supporting the delivery of student programs, events and activities

  • Managing and resolving customer enquiries

This role is for a passionate customer service superstar, driven to exceed the students' expectations and excited to work for an organisation that is global, connected and designed for you.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • A positive outlook on solving problems and works well as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
