Our hardworking Culture an Talent team needs a part time (permanent) superstar to support our team. This new addition to our team will provide top notch support to both the team and our staff. If you enjoy the world of human resources and a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you! This is a part time position working 24 hours a week.

Essential Responsibilities

Support with compliance reporting
Assist with file room management
Data entry/Payroll backup, send out reminders
Support in management of HR Inbox
Support employment/wage verifications
Support new hire/onboarding activities, send out new hire packets
Scheduling exit interviews, send out termination e-mails
Support reporting requests, anniversary/birthdays
Support culture activities, buddy program
Manage learning/training calendar

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

At least one year of human resource experience
Strong computer skills
Comfort with the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills
A strong customer service orientation
