You’re invited to make a difference… as a Member Services Representative providing frontline service to members in a variety of branches  



As a valued member of a team of financial professionals, you will provide outstanding service to our members, fulfill members’ financial transactions and ensure compliance with Kindred policies and procedures. With knowledge of Kindred’s distinctive products and services, you will respond to member questions and provide referrals to in-branch investment and credit specialists. 


This is a casual position with fluctuating hours. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required to commute to various locations.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, self-confident and have a passion for customer service with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle detail work with care and precision. You show initiative and are comfortable contributing to the organization both as part of a collaborative team and working on your own.  Finally, you demonstrate an active commitment to Kindred's shared values and purpose.


Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience:




  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications

  • At least one year previous experience in a customer service role

  • Experience handling cash and electronic payments is considered an asset
