Position functions with responsibility for leadership of all related activity within enterprise guidelines, including:|
Manage and update data in the enterprise system.
Managing enterprise system requirements.
Effective communication of orders.
Managing all performance opportunities internal and external.
Responsible for inventory accuracy of all scheduled requirements.
Manage the Portal Systems.
Manage the applicable CES initiatives and activities.
Determine production requirements of individual inventory item numbers utilizing enterprise system reports.
Create schedules and communicate requirements ensuring continuity of supply at regular intervals and inventory objectives are met.
Communicate to appropriate members of the Materials Team opportunities that may adversely affect the production schedule in a timely manner.
Confirm the entry of requirements received for product into the enterprise system.
Manage and perform inventory cycle counts, as required.
Manage and perform month end inventory reconciliations.
Participate, as needed, in internal problem solving/improvement activities;
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Update the data and communicate daily based on the schedules.

Bachelors Degree with 0-2 years of experience, Associates Degree with 2 – 4 years, High School Diploma/GED with 5 plus years.
Proficient use of personal computers and computer operation within a network and enterprise environment.
Three to five years experience in plant material function.
Language Skills Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and system documentation.
Ability to effectively communicate with external and internal customers and all levels of associates.
Mathematical Skills Requirements
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply concepts of Algebra.
Reasoning Ability Requirements
Ability to apply logic to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
High degree of analytical ability.
Minimal physical movement and exertion.
Completion of supporting training requirements matrix.
