About Invisible Waste Services (IWS):

Invisible Waste Services (IWS) is a part of the newly formed Cascade Technology & Services Platform within Cascade Engineering, and a national provider of door-to-door valet trash and recycling services for multi-family residential communities.

The IWS Sales Manager position will have responsibility for selling all segments of the services portfolio to local and regional property management groups.  The primary focus of this position will be to work closely with IWS operations to develop regional scale for this business in Texas.

We are seeking a hands-on, highly motivated self-starting Sales Manager who can help grow this business.  Prior experience selling to multi-family property management companies is preferred.  The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more of strategic selling experience, with demonstrated results.


Role Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the regional sales plan for IWS. Specifically, the SM uses industry knowledge to establish new customer relationships and manage existing customer accounts. This position will also be responsible for day to day selling, and working hand-in-hand with operations to implement the sales plan. This particular sales territory will encompass Florida (Orlando/Tampa/Jacksonville) and Georgia.  Up to 30% overnight travel required.


Key Responsibilities:

Develops and executes a regional territory plan

Meets revenue and profit objectives

Works closely with operations to optimize profitability

Guides team on new service products

Analyzes the territory for new customers and prospective sales

Provides regular updates to management

Develops and maintains alliances (associations, etc.) to meet the stated business goals

Assists with developing pricing strategies and models

Develops and reports all sales leads using CRM tools

Helps to develop marketing collateral, and leverages the materials to achieve program goals

Performs market research to support sales objectives

Develop high trust relationships with sales and operations teams to generate leads and support their customers

Minimum Education, Experience and Core Competency Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of strategic selling experience

Strong sales and negotiation skills 

High interpersonal skills 

Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office automation tools 

Team player with the ability to work in virtual team environment 

Detail oriented individual with strong organizational skills 

High energy, self-motivated, hands-on, results oriented individual 

Ability and willingness to travel 

Demonstrate a working knowledge of sales and marketing principles 

Ability to compile and analyze data to support sales 

Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities
