Good & Well is seeking an inaugural cohort of interns to participate in the Good & Well Summer Internship program.
The successful candidates will:
Intern for a Good & Well portfolio company or Good & Well directly for the duration of the program. Placements will be based on organizational needs and each applicant’s experience. See the company profiles below for the areas each company, including Good & Well, is interested in hiring within. Specific tasks will be determined by each company throughout the recruitment process.
Participate in Good & Well Intern workshops, where you will be invited to learn more about the field of social entrepreneurship and develop your professional network.
Work with other Good & Well interns on a group initiative to promote social entrepreneurship.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Minimum of 3 years of post-secondary school education.
Aligned with Good & Well values.

Current or recently completed undergraduate studies in a relevant program (ex. Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, and/or International Development).

The intern working directly with Good & Well will support us with the development of our impact measurement program, as well as other initiatives to strengthen the social venture ecosystem in our community.

The intern working for CoPower will assist in developing a model for carbon tracking, assessing existing financial models, conducting market research on cleantech sub-sectors, assessing and synthesizing incoming project documentation, and identifying outreach leads, all of which will be done with the support of the CoPower team.
The ideal candidate will have education in renewable energy, carbon accounting, business or finance. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
Lucky Iron Fish has created a small iron cooking tool that infuses meals with a healthy amount of natural iron to help prevent iron deficiency and anemia. Iron deficiency is the world’s largest micronutrient challenge, negatively impacting the lives of over 2 billion people around the planet. The Lucky Iron Fish is simple to use and provides a natural source of iron that’s perfect for everyone.
The intern working for Lucky Iron Fish will support the organization’s partnership development. Responsibilities will include preparing briefings on potential partners, coordinating meetings and events with existing and potential partners, supporting company B-Corp activities, collecting input and communicating data on social impact activities, as well as assisting the partnerships manager with project plans, record keeping and preparing reports for the senior team.
The ideal candidate would be a post-secondary student in business or international development with some work experience. Working knowledge of MS Office required and experience with G Suite tools and CRM/project management software would be an asset.
Ulula connects businesses, workers, communities and governments to de-risk operations and create value across global supply chains. Through its supply chain management technology, Ulula helps its clients listen to workers and communities across their operations and supply chains, prevent risks with cost-effective feedback and case management systems, and empower stakeholders throughout your entire organization.
The intern working for Ulula will be working with Ulula's sales and account managers to understand clients' needs and help execute strategies to increase lead generation and convert pilots into larger enterprise accounts. Experience in sales and business development is considered an asset.
