Laureate is in the process of significant transformation. The FP&A function plays a critical role in making the Finance transformation process a success. Particularly in ensuring the harmonization and integrity of financial data upon which management decisions are made.
The Data Integrity Manager will help lead the process of data remediation to achieve the desired state of data across the organization. The incumbent will report to the Executive Director Global Reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Validate mappings across Hyperion, HFM and PeopleSoft and establish formal process to maintain these in sync.
•Develop Reporting data governance framework and policies.
•Implement strategies for ensuring adherence to the governance framework and the policies.
•Develop and operate controls structured around business processes and data standards.
•Implement and maintain a roadmap for data quality.
•Build and maintain strong working relationships with members of the various corporate teams that own data for Reporting.
•Drive requirements and development of trend reporting and testing results for management and key stakeholders.
•Prioritize and remediate data quality issues on a timely basis in alignment with business needs and regulatory initiatives.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related degree, with +6 years of experience.
o3+ years of data management experience, data analysis experience, or a combination of both.
o2+ years of management experience.
•Experience developing or executing Quality Assurance procedures or Quality Control testing
•FP&A experience combined with strong Hyperion/PeopleSoft skills.
•Hands-on experience with Hyperion applications, is a must.
•Highly proficient in Excel.
•Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
•Must have experience working on multiple projects at the same time.
