Digital Marketing Project Manager
Reports to: Director of Operations
Location: Chicago, IL
Compensation: Full-time (minimum 40 hours per week), salaried compensation and benefits including Simple IRA, health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible work schedule, and generous paid time off.
See3 is looking for a dynamic and organized Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our passionate, mission-driven team. The Digital Marketing Project Manager will lead and manage projects with See3’s various nonprofit clients to develop and deliver high-quality digital products, strategy, and consulting.
Lead multiple projects across See3’s service offerings to successful completion as the primary project owner.
Possess subject matter expertise regarding the strategic use of digital communications.
Work collaboratively with other business units to deliver high-quality digital products and services including digital strategy, content, campaign plans, reporting and analytics, website design and development, and video production.
Provide proactive, exceptional, and solutions-oriented partnership to See3 clients through consistent communication and collaboration.
Coordinate project-related activities across internal teams, freelance resources, and skilled partners for appropriate project phases: initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
Facilitate effective client communications through regular virtual and in-person meetings.
Oversee project scope, timeline and budget, and provide course-correction when these items are off-track (i.e, scope creep, missed deadlines, over-budget).
Run monthly reports to relay the health of the project to the leadership team.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, fun, and entrepreneurial working environment that is consistent with See3 culture and values.
Contribute to refinement of See3 processes for service delivery and execution, project management, and client support.
Marketing, Sales, and Business Development
Support new business development by contributing to project proposals and reviewing estimates, and devising solutions when needed.
Passion for emerging digital, mobile, social, and video technologies and trends.
Occasionally attend and promote See3 at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
Minimum of 2 years experience in an agency, nonprofit, or social cause organization
Ability to manage simultaneous projects across different disciplines.
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to prioritize, follow-up, and deliver solutions.
Experience using project management tools such as Basecamp, Slack, Trello, Asana, etc. preferred.
Familiarity with the PMI global standards and the Agile methodology preferred.
Experience in using Google apps (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) in a professional environment
Possess an understanding of the unique culture of nonprofits.
Ability to travel on behalf of business (approximately 15-20 days per year).
Enthusiasm about working effectively with ethnically and racially diverse populations.
