Position Summary: The EILEEN FISHER Brooklyn Store is a new concept store designed to turn the company inside out and invite the customer into the full expression of our brand, specifically around sustainability and the circular economy. As the EILEEN FISHER Stock Lead/Associate you are responsible for maintaining all back office operational functions, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. You will also assist on the sales floor and deliver excellent customer service.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee Back of House operational functions: receiving, shipping, inventory, management, stockroom organization and standards
Receive, unpack and prepare merchandise for timely distribution to the sales floor
Own the inventory and maintain accurate inventory records according to company procedures
Controls inventory and shrink, as well as leads, prepares and participates in bi-annual store inventory process


Develop, train and oversee store team on back of house operations


Maintains accurate paperwork and reports as required
Conducts weekly cycle counts to make certain that the inventory remains accurate
Ensure that merchandise is safely stored, properly ticketed, packaged and logged and easily located for replenishment
Responsible for timely and accurate receiving and transferring of merchandise as well as processing customer shipments and damages Responsible for timely and accurate receiving and transferring of merchandise as well as processing customer shipments and damages
Ensure the store is continually stocked with products and all necessary store supplies
Provide feedback to Leader about inventory levels, damages or product concerns
Assist store team with daily store operations, including sales floor coverage, opening and closing routines, point-of-sale functions and back office procedures
Oversee general store maintenance and housekeeping contributing to a safe and clean store environment
Efficiently and accurately process sales and returns using a point-of-sale system
Provide audio, visual and video support for events, video conferencing and other multi-media broadcasting, including operating, maintaining and troubleshooting video systems, speakers, microphones and wireless systems
Provide general IT support for network issues, hardware issues, printer issue and software issues for various programs and operating systems
