What does a Mobile Account Manager Trainee do?
Reporting to the Director, Branch Operations, initially you will be assigned to Head Office Lending for training to learn: Kindred’s lending processes, policies and procedures; how to evaluate financial statements and utilize Kindred’s lending tools (Intelli-Lender & ComLender); how to assess risk, determine optimal lending structure; and write credit. You’ll support Lending operations to process annual reviews, and perform analysis in support of more complex credit. As you continue to evolve in this role, you will complete personal, commercial and agricultural loan applications in all branches, providing members with credit advice to help them be responsible stewards of their finances.

- Post-secondary education, preferably in Business or
- 2-4 years of experience in business or agriculture
- Accounting skills and the ability to read financial statements
