 Why Branch Operations

Joining the Mobile Lending team is a great way to interact with all different types of members and businesses. You are always greeted with gratitude from your lending peers no matter where you go because you are supporting a branch team when they are down a person or needing extra help.

What does a Mobile Account Manager Trainee do?

Reporting to the Director, Branch Operations, initially you will be assigned to Head Office Lending for training to learn: Kindred’s lending processes, policies and procedures; how to evaluate financial statements and utilize Kindred’s lending tools (Intelli-Lender & ComLender); how to assess risk, determine optimal lending structure; and write credit.  You’ll support Lending operations to process annual reviews, and perform analysis in support of more complex credit.  As you continue to evolve in this role, you will complete personal, commercial and agricultural loan applications in all branches, providing members with credit advice to help them be responsible stewards of their finances.

What to bring

Bringing your best to work every day, you strive to deliver the best member experience. You build relationships, ask great questions, and notice all details as you develop effective solutions.

Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience:

  • Post-secondary education, preferably in Business or

  • 2-4 years of experience in business or agriculture

  • Accounting skills and the ability to read financial statements

Applicants with lesser qualifications are encouraged to apply, with the understanding that additional training will be provided for this role as required.
