Seasonal Catering Delivery Driver
Full-time, Seasonal with a chance to stay on after summer
Tues- Sat, 9:30 am- 6 pm, but availability to work ~ 5:30 am- 2 pm is a huge bonus!!

Pay is a combination of base + service charges and averages about $16 -$18/ hr.

Calling all happy, fun people! We are looking for people with an upbeat attitude to help deliver smiles (and some really amazing food) to our clients.

We like Portlanders to smile when they see our logo. Especially when that logo is on a car or van that is loaded with delicious food and a friendly driver.

The ideal candidate will have a tidy vehicle in good repair and some delivery driving experience is a plus… pizza drivers, this is your chance to shine!

This job is VERY physical. You'll be climbing stairs and you'll have to lift 40 lbs. regularly.

We are looking for a delivery driver who can:

Pack and load products into your own vehicle
Provide timely, courteous, error-free product delivery
Follow assigned delivery schedule. Deliver ordered items
Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
Properly maintain and fill out all paperwork (invoices, logs, etc).
Be complete and efficient with equipment pick-ups, and putting all dishes in their proper location(s)
Verify everything (twice!)
Proactively communicate: be available via cell phone, notify manager of your departure, and communicate any vehicle concerns
Develop knowledge of Portland metro area and efficient delivery routes

Other requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Current, valid, clean Oregon Driver’s License. (Must pass DMV background check for 3 years)
• Reliable, tidy vehicle and adequate car insurance
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, twist, stand, and reach (with reasonable accommodation).
• Current Multnomah County food handler’s permit
• Knowledge of Portland and Portland Metro area
• Customer Service Experience
• Two years of driving experience (does not need to be 'on the job' driving experience)

*Box Truck driving experience is a huge plus!
