Essential Responsibilities
• Support with compliance reporting
• Assist with file room management
• Data entry/Payroll backup, send out reminders
• Support in management of HR Inbox
• Support employment/wage verifications
• Support new hire/onboarding activities, send out new hire packets
• Scheduling exit interviews, send out termination e-mails
• Support reporting requests, anniversary/birthdays
• Support culture activities, buddy program
• Manage learning/training calendar
• Lead full-cycle recruiting processes for junior-level positions
• Support recruiting team with other recruiting related activities

To be successful in this role you’ll need:
• At least one year of human resource experience
• Strong computer skills
• Comfort with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills
• A strong customer service orientatio
