Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Senior Operations Manager is responsible for managing all customer service operations in all Omni channels. The Senior Operations Manager will work within Equator’s Roasting Plant in partnership with various other functional areas across the company and will drive a range of channel programs to performance manage and scale our business and company priorities.

Essential Functions: Customer Service Operations
• Oversees and manages customer service operations team.
• Collaborates with wholesale, retail and departments to ensure effective daily operations
• Manages accurate and timely customer and vendor billing.
• Manages and maintains product inventory.
• Oversees changes to product pricing and new product implementation.
• Maintains vendor relationships and cost controls.
• Authorizes purchase orders.
• Implements and manages new processes and procedures for customer service operations.
• Assists in the application for and maintenance of various certification and organizational memberships.
• Implementation of new projects and project management.
