The People & Culture (P&C) area supports our business and our people through programs and initiatives that promote the cultural values of the company. In 2018, P&C began to shift to a new structure that offers more focused, specialized and enhanced services. Incorporating certain principles of the Holacracy model and self-organizing teams, P&C is exploring how best to enhance its effectiveness while distributing authority and decision making throughout the area. We work closely with individuals and teams throughout the organization in a variety of ways, always through the lens of our company purpose, strategy and values.
P&C consists of five functional areas (Benefits, Compensation and Operations; Internal Communications; Learning & Development; P&C [HR/OD] Partners; and, Talent Acquisition). These areas are governed by the P&C Circle, which comprises the heads of each of the functional areas. In addition to being the Head of the Talent Acquisition Circle, this role will be a member of the P&C Circle.
The Talent Acquisition Circle is responsible for providing a positive and seamless candidate experience while sourcing and selecting the best talent in alignment with the EILEEN FISHER employment brand.
As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the area that works hard to attract the market’s best talent by doing what our company has always been known for: Great Storytelling. We value candidate experience, alignment with our culture, and authentic relationships with our internal and external partners. You will guide the development of the purpose and strategy of Talent Acquisition, prioritizing the work, establishing metrics, assigning roles and allocating resources. Previously a decentralized function, Talent Acquisition is now being centralized, and we are developing enhanced specialization, processes and systems to support the function.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a member of the P&C Circle, contribute to visioning the culture of our entire company and guiding the company strategy to meet this desired culture.
Lead the development and execution of our innovative talent attraction strategy by strengthening our recruitment branding initiatives and the candidate experience.
Design and implement the appropriate processes, tools, systems and training necessary to scale and support the recruiting function. Partner on the implementation of the managed services provider project and streamlining of the temporary/contingent hiring processes.
Provide expert guidance and facilitation for all senior leaders and hiring managers to recruit, identify, select, onboard, and maintain engagement of highly skilled candidates.
Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to the Talent Acquisition team on interviewing best practices, offer recommendations, negotiating/creating job offers, closing, and administrative functions involved in full cycle recruiting.
Collaborate with P&C Partners and senior leadership with headcount planning.
Strategize opportunities to uncover and leverage our company’s internal talent pool.
Develop and align around an enhanced candidate referral program.
Utilize data and analytics through effective reporting tools to inform business decisions.
Identify and evaluate sourcing strategies that support our brand and drive a high-quality, diverse candidate pool. This may include but is not limited to job posting optimization, sourcing new digital and non-digital marketing channels, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners.
Stay abreast of cutting-edge recruitment technologies and innovations.
Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
