AllCare Health is seeking a Full-Time Enrollment and Premium Billing Specialist who thrives in a team environment and has the ability to provide exceptional service and skills.
AllCare Health is a southern Oregon-based health organization, led by local physicians since 1994. In a progressive model of care, we combine medical, dental, and behavioral health services to provide Medicare, Medicaid insurance coverage to our members. We also provide support to our providers through AllCare Independent Physician Association and AllCare e-Health Services
The Enrollment and Premium Billing Specialist This position is responsible for the daily processing of transactions related to AllCare Advantage members.
Qualifications:
Minimum Job Qualifications:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• At least one year of recent experience in a medical or office setting
• Proficient with computers
• Ability to utilize MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Understanding of healthcare industry, terminology, and definitions
Essential Duties:
Accountabilities include; Process member enrollment, disenrollment and change forms. Assist members on the phone or in person. Prepare, review and send member invoices. Receive, process and reconcile member premium payments. Work a variety of audit and monitoring reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for a minimum of 8 hours per day using telephone and computer.
