Job Summary
Marketing Operations Specialist supports activities across all areas of the Marketing department, with a focus on print and online publications, social media, digital analytics, public relations, and event logistics. As an integral member of the sales marketing growth team, this position requires applied knowledge of marketing automation tools, database management, and reporting to optimize growth with incremental improvement and visionary transformation across marketing operations. This is a critical role within the marketing department and includes high-level visibility, interaction with cross-functional teams, acting as liaison to external partners, and collaborating with the board of directors and investors.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Works day-in and day-out to (i) ensure systems, tracking and processes evolve to meet the high growth demands of the business, (ii) help lead marketing planning to ensure the marketing contribution aligns to sales team goals and (iii) ensure the marketing sales funnel is fully optimized to maximize return for the bank
• Assist with creating digital content and executing the overall digital strategy, including social media, blogging, email campaigns, and online advertising
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, funnel/pipeline health and the ROI of marketing investments
• Help build our brand awareness and enable the framework and strategy whereby all external communication supports consistent positioning, tone, and messaging
• Assist in maintaining a project management system for tracking and reporting on ongoing programs and consumer response and insights

Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications or related field combined with relevant work experience; Master’s degree is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing position and managing events required
• Advanced level experience in social media and digital analytics
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Worked effectively in a fast-paced environment, as part of a team or independently, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Flexibility in schedule to work evenings and weekends
• Advanced level computer and design skills, including basic CMS platforms and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Track record of utilizing social media including Hootsuite, blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest, for corporate business purposes and campaigns
