As the Email and Homepage Coordinator, you will be responsible for the execution of our email marketing program. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact between all involved team members, overseeing the production schedule and ultimately making sure the right emails hit the right inboxes at the right time. The email marketing program has many moving parts, and you’ll keep track of all of them with your exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and positive attitude. You’ll also help coordinate the weekly homepage, serving as a central point of contact to the team and organizing assets to help deliver a consistent customer experience. This role is sure to evolve as the Marketing Department continues to grow, and the ideal candidate will have at least one year of email coordination or similar experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee various levels of QA and send emails using Silverpop (IBM Marketing Cloud).
  • Create and manage email production schedule using Smartsheet.
  • Coordinate communications between each person involved in email.
  • Create email reports (individual, weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
  • Run regular email meetings to oversee production and participate in copy and design QA.
  • Assist in coordinating the production of the weekly homepage to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  • Run weekly email meetings to present analyses and conclusions to email team.
  • Code a weekly email (using a premade template).
  • Update email code as needed while in code QA and final QA.
  • Create email structure and run email planning for each quarter.
  • Ownership of all things email.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A good listener and strong communicator.
  • Humble about what you know; demonstrated curiosity about what you don’t.
  • Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals in an open office space.
  • Builder: demonstrated experience creating solutions to problems.
  • Communicator: demonstrated ability to present data visually.
  • Constructively critical - able to express criticism in a respectful, eloquent manner.
  • Flexibility to seamlessly change direction at the last minute
  • Strong/Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Silverpop (IBM Marketing Cloud) ESP a plus.
  • Experience SQL Developer a plus.
  • Experience with Smartsheet a plus.
  • Experience with HTML email coding a plus.
