We’re growing and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Content Manager to join our talented team. You’ll oversee the development, execution and delivery Australian Ethical’s content strategy for digital and print content across all audience channels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high engagement across all channels for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency of our brand
  • Liaise with agencies and manage key relationships with key stakeholders to ensure we manage risk and deliver on time and on budget
  • Collect, monitor and analyse social and website metrics, and make improvements to content accordingly
  • Understanding of search engine optimisation from a content generation perspective
  • Manage creation of all editorial content, including sourcing external writers where relevant and managing those relationships
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed
  • Manage the distribution of content across all channels
  • Working closely with external and internal teams to ensure the content partnerships and the content strategy member is delivered according to KPIs

Who we’re looking for:

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in digital content production
  • Minimum of seven years’ experience writing/editing content within the financial services industry with a strong understanding of superannuation and managed funds
  • Understanding of content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising and social media marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead content marketing campaigns
  • Strong Google Analytics, WordPress and Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator skills
  • Team/people management experience
