It provides support in the form of business assessments, strategy and technology workshops, on-site reviews, and more—all at no cost to participating organizations. The program launched in December 2017 to help increase the competitiveness of local manufacturers in the Western New York region by providing advisory services that assist them with strategic planning, process improvements, technology investments, and more.
