Brand Assistant job in Grants Pass

AllCare Health is seeking a Brand Assistant who thrives in a team environment and has the ability to provide exceptional service and skills.
AllCare Health is a southern Oregon-based health organization, led by local physicians since 1994. In a progressive model of care, we combine medical, dental, and behavioral health services to provide Medicare, Medicaid insurance coverage to our members. We also provide support to our providers through AllCare Independent Physician Association and AllCare e-Health Services.

The Brand Assistant is an active member of the AllCare Health Brand & Creative Services team and reports directly to the Director of Brand & Creative Services. The position is responsible for assisting in monitoring the AllCare Health brand, maintaining inventory of print and promotional goods, editing website content, as well as overseeing project management. The position works collaboratively as part of the Brand & Creative Services team to maintain project budgets, plans, and timelines, and to incorporate the AllCare Health brand as necessary. Previous experience with the healthcare industry is a plus.

Qualifications:
 Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Design or Marketing related field (preferred).
 5-10 years’ experience in brand development.
 High level of proficiency in: Adobe CS and Microsoft Office.
 Experience in: online marketing, website design, social media, and print production.
 Attention to detail in a multi-tasking environment.
 Highly-effective interpersonal and electronic communication skills.

Essential Duties:
• Research and monitoring of market trends and provider/patient needs.
• Maintain vendor relations and communications
• Project management
