What you'll do...
Work with a growing Transformation team to partner with business and functional leadership to bridge strategy to execution. You will align business goals, objectives, and requirements with decisions regarding solutions, products, and services. You will assess current state, define future state needs, identify gaps, and recommend new solutions, often across multiple lines of businesses, including IT. Recognize and formulate business and technology solutions, business processes and make strategic recommendations.

• Have mastered 3-5 years of delivery consulting experience.
• Can navigate successfully in an Agile environment.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions with personnel across all disciplines in the company to identify and define requirements, assess business processes and evaluate technology solutions
• Create strategic roadmaps for organizations to follow to recognize defined strategic goals and objectives and implement associated technology solutions.
• Have strong leadership skills and an ability to drive outcomes.
• Demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse group of people at all levels in both business and IT areas across the Enterprise.
• Creatively solve problems, while applying your expertise based on best practices.
• Possess a desire to help the company, build our business, win new work, and expand client relationships.
• Embrace a role where you’ll wear many hats.
• Quickly assimilate into a team environment with the client.
