As the Marketing Manager at Ellevate, you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in our rapidly growing team. What to expect in this role:
Own and manage Ellevate’s marketing calendar, partnering with product, communications and B2C and B2B sales teams to develop a cohesive marketing strategy
Set specific marketing goals; measure, report and continually test improvements
Lead strategy and execution of Ellevate’s email marketing program
Lead promotional marketing campaigns at specific times of year; measure results, take lessons learned, and set new goals for campaigns moving forward
Develop paid advertising strategy for Ellevate including SEM and Social Media advertising
Analyze and interpret data about inbound traffic, including sources, trends, and conversion, to develop and improve overall inbound marketing strategy
Assist in social media, email, event, product marketing and communications
Regularly update leadership on project progress and key strategies to enable growth of business and department

Who will be successful in this role?
You have 3-5+ years of experience
You have experience in email marketing, paid advertising, social media, and marketing campaigns -- and feel comfortable working with several stakeholders daily.
You’re a strategic thinker, and always look for the bigger picture
