Digital Producer job in Washington

Threespot Producers run digital strategy, website, and web-based application design and development projects, providing day-to-day leadership to both client and internal teams. They bring to bear a holistic understanding of project planning, budget control, project tracking and reporting, risk and issue analysis, and quality assurance. Our Producers communicate, collaborate, fill in the gaps, forecast the future, and connect the dots, speaking as deftly about technology and UX as they do about Kanban boards and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage plans and budgets for projects ranging from quick-turnaround interactives to large-scale, multi-year website development projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Manage and build client relationships on a project level and beyond, looking to identify opportunities for additional work together
• Lead cross-functional teams, including strategists, analysts, user experience specialists, designers, and developers
• Regularly and expertly communicate with project teams and clients
• Work with teams to anticipate and develop solutions to challenges that arise over the course of the project
• Manage staff resources across multiple projects, working with the Producer team to resolve conflicts across all projects
• Cultivate and maintain enthusiasm for Threespot work among clients, internal teams, and the community
• Challenge business-as-usual with new ideas, practices, and perspectives
• Embody and champion the Threespot brand in all interactions
• Deliver stellar, creative work on time and on budget

Position Requirements

• Proven ability to cultivate lasting client and team relationships
• Excellent verbal, written, budgeting, resource planning, scheduling, and presentation skills
• Experience working with development teams on CMS implementation, developing functional requirements, and other technical interactions
• Outstanding commitment, professionalism, leadership, enthusiasm, flexibility, and team spirit
• Experience working in a creative agency is a very strong plus
• Possess a healthy sense of humor and of self

Education/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience in related role (preferably at an agency)
• Experience producing and/or creating strategic interactive digital solutions
• Strong knowledge of client service, the creative process, and web development technologies
• Position is at our home office in Washington, DC; candidates must me willing to relocate, and remote workers will not be considered for this position
