AllCare Health is seeking a Full-Time Enrollment Department Supervisor who thrives in a team environment and has the ability to provide exceptional service and skills.
AllCare Health is a southern Oregon-based health organization, led by local physicians since 1994. In a progressive model of care, we combine medical, dental, and behavioral health services to provide Medicare, Medicaid insurance coverage to our members. We also provide support to our providers through AllCare Independent Physician Association and AllCare e-Health Services
The Enrollment Department Supervisor assures the department delivers quality services in accordance with the company’s mission and with all applicable policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Associates degree (A.A) preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least three years of recent experience in a health insurance setting with an understanding of HIPAA guidelines.
Experience as supervisor or relevant leadership skills.
Has good understanding of CMS guidelines of Medicare Advantage enrollment and disenrollment processes.
Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customer or employees of organization. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced computer skills with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Essential Duties:
Oversee all Enrollment Department staff
Organize and maintain daily administrative operations and workflow of the department by prioritizing and assigning work.
Work with IT and other relevant departments to utilize and maintain available systems efficiently.
Solicit input from staff and involve staff in the project implementation and the continuous improvement process.
Maintains subject matter expertise in program enrollment and membership reconciliation rules and assists in the creation, implementation and monitoring of procedures and training that ensures accurate and timely processing of enrollments, disenrollment’s, plan changes, retroactivity, membership reconciliation, and error resolution.
Physical Demands: The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Frequently required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
