We are looking for a fluent Dutch speaking operations employee. You will be the point of contact for our customers and local agents. You will take care of the day to day business and work with us on our sustainable goals. You follow up on customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer and agent emails
- Process bookings
- Create invoces in TeleSpirit
- Send and monitor customer surveys
- Answer customers and other relations on the telephone
- Ensure that complaints are followed up and resolved
- Work on sustainability projects
- Other administrative tasks
